Welcome to my vinyasa flow class. A friendly all level class which will practice, cultivates, stretch, tones, builds strength, flexibility and improves your energy levels.
There will be non competitive space in the class, everyone walks in with their own yoga journey. Just come into your mat, practice and enjoy the flow. Last but not least, have fun!
